A client that I work with has a vacancy as follows:-
ON-SITE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – PART-TIME 16 HOURS PER WEEK
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
The right candidate must have strong administration and organisation skills to ensure the smooth flow of office procedures and provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
Essential requirements for the role:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work without supervision
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
• Experience in handling confidential information
Experience in posting content to company social media platforms and WordPress would be advantageous as this may be needed from time to time.
Duties
• Email /Inbox management
• Raising invoicing/purchase orders
• Maintain accurate HR records such as holiday requests
• Assistance with Payroll
• Preparation, drafting, and formatting office documents
• Taking telephone calls and directing them to necessary personnel
• Processing and checking expense claims
• Provide administrative support to the Managing Director as and when needed
