Hi, I’m Lizie Lacy, founder of Admin Made Easy, your go-to hub for flexible virtual assistant and business support services in Hull & East Yorkshire.
After years of working in HR, legal, operations and admin support, I saw how many small business owners were overwhelmed by day-to-day tasks, struggling to grow because they were stuck doing everything. That’s why I launched Admin Made Easy — to give business owners back their time, energy, and clarity.

I’m the planner, organiser, and problem solver. With over 30 years of experience, I work closely with business owners to streamline operations, stay on top of admin, and move forward with purpose. I believe in building long-term relationships, working with integrity, and delivering down-to-earth support that truly makes a difference.
Oscar – Digital Marketing Assistant & Office DJ
Oscar brings fresh energy and creativity to the team, helping keep your systems and social media running smoothly behind the scenes. He’s also the go-to for making sure everyone in the office stays upbeat (and well caffeinated).
Zola – Snack Quality Control Officer
Zola is in charge of sniffing out snacks, keeping the team smiling, and occasionally raiding the bin. Big-hearted and full of character, she’s our gentle giant and office cuddle supplier.
Baloo – Head of Fetch & Wellbeing
Energetic, loyal, and always ready to play, Baloo boosts morale and ensures everyone takes regular breaks. He’s also chief greeter and personal stress reliever.
